Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy
The True Puffs’ warranty is available only to the original purchaser of any item from True Puffs (“Purchaser”), providing that the item purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use of the item. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
- Modification, alteration, repair or service of the item by any persons or company other than True Puffs
- Accident or physical abuse to, or misuse of the item in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; or
- Any use of the item other than that for which it was intended
This warranty entitles the Purchaser to a replacement within 30 days of purchase, where such item proves to be defective (subject to warranty conditions).
Your receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Method
Subject to the above warranty, refund & exchange policy, in the event that your True Puffs fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow these 3 easy steps:
- Email our Customer Service Department your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) at [email protected] in order to receive an approval. Please write in your email subject line, "Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Number." In the body of your email, please include:
(a) Full Purchaser contact information, including your first and last name
(b) Order number
(c) Item purchase date
(e) Telephone & fax numbers
(g) Email address
(h) Shipping address
(i) The reason for the return, providing a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing.
** All of the above entries are required for processing your request.
- Within 2 business days of our receipt of your email, our Customer Service Department will review the information you have provided, and email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please do not send any item to us unless and until you have received your RMA#. Once you have received your RMA#, please securely package your returned item in a padded envelope, and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA#, together with the item receipt.
- Once our Customer Service Department has received the item you have returned, we will send you a confirmation email indicating our receipt of same, and our email to you will include an estimated time of delivery of your replacement True Puffs item.

True Puffs at its sole discretion reserves the right, to provide a refund for a defective item rather than a replacement. A refund will be limited to the current online price for that item less cost of shipping.
